Marriage Rituals in tamil culture

In ancient times eighteen types of rituals were followed in Tamil culture. Among these many rituals are not followed now-a-days. As the bride is considered as most special in the wedding ceremony, many rituals are dependent on the bride. Tamil culture is defended through these rituals. Rituals are divided into two types like pre wedding ceremony rituals and wedding ceremony rituals.

Pre wedding ceremony rituals will differ according to one’s culture. These rituals are followed for the goodness and better life of wedding couple which gives all the benefits throughout their life.
